After having seen a recent tweet in reply to a twitter post by a fellow advocate doing her part to support Trustee Ford.

I saw just how far certain folks will go in order to tarnish the perfectly good reputation of a hard working single mother, member of the community, and CCSD Board of Trustee’s Member. One whom is fighting for all the children of the valley by her position as board member and her ability to stand out in a crowd by asking the hard questions no one else wants to ask. As a local native to Las Vegas, NV myself. The Las Vegas Valley is home for me and as such I am willing to fight for it to my dying breath.

As a fellow member of the community and a former CCSD Sped student myself.

This fight against the racketeering of the sped money hits home for me. For multiple reasons. But the primary reason for me is that they are stealing from the current generation of sped students and robbing them of their due process under The Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990. That’s nothing short of an attack on the youth of our community. A red line has been crossed. This level of corruption at the state level is occurring in almost every other state in the country with few exceptions. And it has to stop. All of us fighting this corruption Must Stand United and present a Unified Front not Just in our local communities, States or Country. We Must Stand United Globally against this corruption. All of us.

That being said let us begin our Exposure on this failed smear campaign against CCSD Board of Trustee’s Member Danielle Ford

Let’s see what this smear article looks like on the surface.

Fraudulent Nevada Career Institute Article and Fraudulent Website
Fraudulent Nevada Career Institute Website & Fraudulent Journalist with a Fraudulent article

If one thing is clear about this hack’s attempted smear campaign it is this.

No self respecting journalist would ever use the terminology “Bimbo” in their reporting especially when referring to a public servant. Not only is it degrading to women, it is also highly unprofessional. Furthermore no actual objective journalist would ever write a blog that covers “Ethics and Misbehavior in humans and female species” Clearly this man is sexist and has an obvious agenda.

Below is a screenshot of this Fraudulent Website Posing as the Nevada Career Institute

Here is what i found out about the nevadacareerinstitute.info domain which the article is hosted on after checking the wayback machine

Wayback Machine History for nevadacareerinstitute.info
Wayback Machine History for nevadacareerinstitute.info

The reason we know it is a fraudulent website is three fold.

Silverflume Nevada Business Portal Business Entity Search Nevada Secretary of State Website.
Silverflume Nevada Business Portal Business Entity Search Nevada Secretary of State Website.
  • you will see the results as shown in the the screenshots provided below in figure’s 1b and 1c

Now based on these data points uncovered. We can reasonably establish that the timeline for the registration of the Nevada Career Institute as a Business Entity goes back to October 1st, 1999.

Let’s take a look at the actual Nevada Career Institute Website

Below is a screenshot of the real Nevada Career Institute Website homepage for comparison to the mock site nevadacareerinstitute.info shown above.

Furthermore based on the way back machine history

for the actual domain name which belongs to the real Nevada Career Institute.

wayback machine first archive of domain www.nevadacareerinstitute.com January 25th, 2002 Screenshot from the web CCSD Truste Member Smear Campaign Exposed! An Expose

We can reasonably establish that the date of the first web crawl snapshot for the domain www.nevadacareerinstitute.com goes back to early 2002. In addition we can establish a timeline based on the Silverflume Nevada Business Portal information and wayback machine archive history. based on these two dates October 1st, 1999 and January 25th, 2002! Therefore we can reasonably determine that the probability is high that the domain www.nevadacareerinstitute.com is the legitimate one for the real Nevada Career Institute.

Based on my 24+ years experience in the Information Technology Field

There are a few other data points that most people might not be aware of that i think they should be.

  1. It is common practice for certain types of bad actors in the I.T. field, namely (Black hats) to use an identical domain name with .info instead of .com as the one they trying to pose as. I have seen this tactic many times with Phishing attempts when trying to trick people into getting their information.
  2. It is also a common practice when trying to deceive users into thinking the mock site is the legitimate one.
  3. If you go to the very bottom of the smear article to the right of Terms of service and Privacy links where it says Cyber Secured. It directly links to https://naasmobile.com/ which is clearly a reference he made to his Alleged NAAS NEWS Ethics Blog

In Addition to all of this i want point out a couple more flaws in this hack’s article.

  • This hack is fraudulently posing as the Nevada Career Institute. Furthermore he is fraudulently using a fake NCI News Logo To trick people into thinking this article is from the Actual Nevada Career Institute website. Not only has this man Falsely Represented himself. He is also obviously using Libel & Defamation of character Tactics.
  • He also is advertising that his Rates are $250/Hour. Clearly this man is committing fraud and should Be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
  • Danielle Ford is no simpleton as this man claims. She would not be asking the hard questions at the board meetings if this were the case. His attempt to degrade her by pointing out that She is a High School Dropout is beside the point. I Myself am a High School Dropout. and just look how easily i was able to dissect and and pull apart this Hack’s Smear attempt.

In Conclusion the main takeaway is this

Everyone has a past. Your past is not what matters. What you are doing now is what matters.

From everything i have seen Danielle Ford Is Absolutely “A Leader with Heart, Smarts, & Vision.” She is one of the only Board members to stand up for the Children Parents, & Teachers and Has the Courage to Ask the questions that no one else on the board is willing to ask. And I Support Her 110%.

As far as this obvious Smear attempt and fraudulent article goes I would not put any stock in the words of a man that is as sexist and misogynistic as this. He Is A Fraud and should be exposed as such

Case Closed.
